• Go to the Developers Tool on Chrome
• Click on Network tab and click offline and then refresh the page.
• Click on offline checkbox
• Now refresh the page

• Go to the Developers Tool on Chrome
• Get to the Application tab
• In Cache section, you can see the files which are cached.
• There could be multiple versions in some cases
• These are named caches.
